Review the device in person
Customers can review the MacBook, disclosed cosmetic condition, specifications and included accessories during the appointment before completing the purchase.
No change-of-mind returns
A device cannot be returned or exchanged because it is no longer wanted, because another model is preferred or because the customer’s needs change after purchase.
Defect warranty
Final sale does not remove coverage for eligible hardware defects under the 90-day Maple Frost warranty. The battery is excluded from that conventional warranty.
Quebec legal rights
This policy does not restrict any legal warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under Quebec law.
